Temp Human Resource Assistant - Recruitment/ Central (No exp)

Job Scope:

• Drafting and posting of job advertisements to attract potential candidates
• Screening, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates to determine suitability
• Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews 
• Administering of contracts signing and follow through on employee benefits 
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries to the department
• Coordinate the HR onboarding process and paperwork
• Any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Min. A level, Diploma or Bachelor Degree any field of study
• Team player and able to work independently as well
• No prior experience needed as training will be provided
