Temp Admin Assistant (Min A Lvls, Office Hours 5 Days, No Exp Needed, Training Provided)
Job Description
- Provide customer service support like handling queries
- Collation and checking of grant applications, claims, statistics
- Data recording, scanning, filing and monitoring
- Contacting external parties/ applicants on grant application issues
- Assist in organizing training workshops
- Provide logistic support for events
- Provide support for user testing of system
Requirements:
- Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Able to commence work immediately or in short notice
- No experience needed, full training will be provided.
