As a Human Resource intern, you will be part of the external recruitment process where you will source for potential candidates suitable for the respective organisations.
Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate job candidates
Shortlist and conduct interview processes
Plan and develop new approaches for talent attraction
Follow-up with potential candidates
Prepare for contract agreement and other adhoc duties
Requirements:
Undergraduate/Diploma/GCE 'A' Levels
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
People-oriented individuals with good communication skills
Team player;
Ability to work independently
Able to commit for 3 months or more
