As an internal Talent Acquisition specialist, you are responsible for sourcing for potential candidates to join our expanding organisation!
Key Responsibilities:
- Data-mining and research on alternatives sources of talent pool.
- Craft and post advertisements on various Job Portals.
- Assess potential candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Administer personality tests.
- Profiling suitable candidates to Manager.
- Provide timely respond and update to applicants on status of application.
- Maintain high-touch with candidates through the hiring-offer process.
Requirements:
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Persistent and High Initiative.
- Min ‘A’ Level.
- Contract/Intern position available.
