Job Description

 

  • Collate outstanding temp or contract positions from internal colleagues
  • Screen and shortlist the potential candidates through phone and face to face interviews
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews for clients
  • Liaising with clients and building relationships with them
  • Handle general inquiries regarding payroll and HR matters, or direct them to appropriate team member
  • Basic payroll functions such as bi-monthly timesheet calculation
  • Keeping abreast with market information, employment trends and industry knowledge so as to provide career advisory services to candidates
  • Telemart and conduct business development activities so as to secure new clients
  • Work as part of a team to achieve weekly team goals and objectives
  • Create, update and maintain employee personnel files
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
