Job Description
- Act as an intermediary between clients and candidates to ensure a mutual fit of clients’ requirements and jobseekers’ preferences and interests
- Advice clients and candidates on appropriate and adequate hiring practices aligned with MOM employment guidelines
- Utilise various online platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, Job Portals etc.) to source for potential profiles
- Arrange, conduct and review interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for job opportunities
- Assist in any necessary administrative work leading up to the on-boarding of suitable candidates
Job Requirement
- Diploma/GCE ‘A’ Levels
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- People-oriented and enjoy working in a team
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from various backgrounds
