• Provide support in administration matters for the respective department
• Maintain database
• Liaise with internal and external customers regarding enquiry and feedback
• Documentation duties and maintain a proper filing system
• Compile and generate reports
• Assist in preparation of presentation slides for conferences
• Booking of meeting venues
• Assist in other admin duties as assigned
• Handle basic travel arrangements
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business / Management or equivalent qualifications
• Available on immediate basis
