Business Support Officers X 4 (3 - 6 Months)
· Preparation of documents for submission to Operations
- Courier/Dispatch duties
- Credit card / Cheque clearance
- Provide administrative & logistical support for training programmes
- Generate reports and perform data analysis for reporting/tracking purposes
- Assist in records management administration such as handling enquiries from stakeholders, reviewing procedures, retrieval of offsite items, dissemination of information to stakeholders, etc.
- Other Adhoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or any relevant fields
- Able to commence immediately or on short notice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
