Job Description
- Gain exposure into risk management tools
- Assist with regulatory/risk and control self-assessments
- Key risk indicators monitoring and set up work
- Design, streamline and map processes
- Build efficiency through sharing of best practices
- Assist in reviewing business end-to-end processes and key controls documentation.
- Gain exposure to key internal controls for front office to back office end to end process.
- Gain exposure into trader oversight and monitoring process, and improve/ streamline the process where possible.
- Participate in new product review process
- Gain exposure into financial products such as credit products, interest rates, foreign exchange and equities; together with a wide range of derivative products on these asset classes
- Prepare and analyze data/statistics as part of the regular process /ad-hoc reviews
- Sharpen decision making and problem solving skills.
- Assist in implementing initiatives based on staff engagement survey results
