Bank Admin Assistant (Entry Level, No Experience Needed)
Jobs Responsibilities
- Process Account Opening and Customer/Account Maintenance Requests for Individual Customers
- Ensure banking operations transactions are validated and processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Data entry in bank system and update of any changes
- Assist in breaks investigations and follow up with relevant teams or counterparties
- Assist in confirmation exceptions monitoring
- Perform reconciliation of trades
- Provide administrative assistance to the team
Job Requirements
- Min. GCE A Levels/Diploma
- No experience needed as training will be provided
- Keen interest in banking industry
- Able to commence work within short notice
