Job scope:
• Managing partial to full spectrum of accounting functions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets.
• Responsible for general filing and updating of documents into computer system records.
• Perform data entry, verify suppliers’ invoices, and ensure accuracy of daily stocks records.
• Conduct stock-taking, ordering of stocks
• Prepare invoicing and bank reconciliation
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by superior
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
