Job Description

3 Months Supply Chain Executive


Data analysis role -

(1.1) To monitor the Outstanding PR status and resolve with requestor's HOD

(1.2) To monitor the Outstanding PO status and resolve with respective SS Chain Exe.

(1.3) To re-assign the PR/PO conversion work load if needed.

(1.4) To report the Outstanding PR & PO status

(2) Detail SOW for Local Material purchasing role

(2.1) To negotiate with vendors to achieve the targeted saving goals.

(2.2) To check the last purchase cost and use it as a benchmark for current/future buying.

(2.3) To prepare the following reports:

(2.3.1) Month end Saving report

(2.3.2) Month end Spend reporting and analysis to capitalize the saving opportunities

(3) New Service Vendor and Non-Service Vendor Selection and Approval Process

(3.1) Provide training to end user

(3.2) Update the "Approved Vendor List"
