1. End to end order processing in Monday.com, liaising with stakeholders for requests and instructions (Cost Sheet Upload, Purchase Request, Goods Receipt, Billing, Change Requests, Drawdown)
2. Goods Receipt: Initial validation of these documents, check for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that the documents align with the original purchase order and agreements with the relevant stakeholders
3. Billing: Reviews relevant supporting documents for completeness and accuracy in order to bill customers with the relevant stakeholders
4. Purchase Request: Following up with stakeholders for approvals.
5. Working with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure payment to vendors as per payment terms.
6. Reviewing and investigating disputed invoices from customers.
