- Assist HR Manager with necessary admin duties
- Post job ads on various job portals
- Resume search for viable candidates (internal recruitment)
- Interview potential candidates on the phone/face-to-face
- Coordinate interviews/meetups
- Administrate forms and necessary documents to candidates who come down for interviews
- Weekly updating of insurance
- Weekly updating of temp/interns progression
- Any other adhoc duties as needed
