HR Intern in Healthcare (3-6 Months)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Location: Central
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates for client roles
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
- Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate HR records
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Support HR Business Partners in gathering HR data and preparing reports
Job requirements:
- Minimum A Levels / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
- Enjoy interacting with people and building connections
- Strong communicator
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 3-6 months contract role is available
