HR Coordinator - Temp / Intern (3 - 6 mths)

Job Responsibilities

 Recruitment/ HR

  • Selecting suitable candidates based on their past working experience, skills and capabilities from our database and also through other possible channels
  • Conducting first round of interviews screening with potential candidates to assess their suitability before recommending them to clients
  • Arranging of interviews between clients and candidates and preparing candidates for the interview

 Customer Service

  • Attending to walk in customers and assisting them with their job application
  • Answering of phone calls and attending to enquiries / resolve issues

 Administrative

  • Calculation of monthly timesheets and ensure timely payroll
  • Keying of candidates’ data and assist to generate monthly reports

Requirements

  • Min O/ A levels/ Dip in any discipline
  • Must be able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months
