Job Description

3 to 6 Months Temp HR Intern / Assistant / Trainee (No Experience Needed, Training Provided)


Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various channels, job portals, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Maintain database of candidate records

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation

Coordination and Administration:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks as and when required
  • Maintain accurate and update records of recruitment activities and outcomes, and candidate statuses
  • Partner with the recruiting team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies

Others:

  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned
