Duties
- Administration of Local Training Activities
- Collate course nominations
- Monitor attendance register, course attendance and perform course followup
- Monitor submission of post-training forms / reports / certificates / payments / results
- Prepare of course materials and Electronic Digital Mailers (EDM)
- Monitor and track compliance requirement for learning programmes
- Training support for in-house programmes
- Maintenance of Learning Management System
- Assist in maintenance of training catalogue and training records in LMS
- Assist in preparation of training report and other reports requested by supervisors
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- minimum qualification: A Level, NITEC, Diploma
