Job Description

This incumbent is to support, and upkeep developed competencies framework for Operations, Technology, Management, and Support Teams. The incumbent is expected to work closely with key stakeholders to continuously review and upkeep competencies to bring forward future ready skills that matches the business needs of REC and will also be a member in the project team responsible for developing an automated training methodology that will be transferred from Jamnagar.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow through and administer developed competencies framework for respective departments in the organization.

• Work closely with your mentor to analyse, identify, and follow up competency gaps within departments in the organization.

• Work closely with departments to support & monitor OJT certification of trainees.

• Monitor the Line Trainers competencies and feedback from Trainees and handle and correct issues relating to Line Trainers competencies.

• Learn the systems and reporting of training to support transfer from Jamnagar.

• Coordinate and administer specified in-house or external training programs with required course evaluation• Prepare necessary training reports for Management review when required.

• Develop course materials and conducts training for new employee’s on-boarding & orientation.• Facilitate / conduct technical trainings (Examples are WSQ Courses, Basic Excel, Coaching skills & Soldering Skills courses)

• To be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages/Mobile learning to accelerate the building of a digital learning culture in REC when required.

• Ensure learning activities and records are properly administered and documented in conformance with the L&D policy, Grants and Audit requirement.

• Learn and understands the administrative documentations and to participate in productivity projects.

• Cross functional support to other HR Functions or Employee engagement/ Teambuilding projects when required and upon approval from manager

Qualifications

  • Degree Qualified –Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related fields.
