About the Role 

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to assist in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting with daily promotional activities. Their day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring engagement metrics, preparing reports, and conducting competitor analysis. They may also update marketing databases, assist with email campaigns, and support event or product launch coordination. 

Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation

• Research and write articles on market trends and data-driven analysis related to property market or company’s products
• Assist in drafting email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content Create engaging captions and short-form content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with content planning and scheduling across social media platforms
• Help optimise articles for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, structure)
• Support email marketing campaigns

Creative & Brand Support

• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, videos, tutorials, etc.
• Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all platforms Assist in brainstorming campaigns and promotional ideas

Research & Market Insights

• Conduct competitor and market research
• Identify trending topics relevant to property agents and developers
• Extract insights from internal data platforms for content use

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Interest in property market, data analytics, or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
