Real Estate Analytics Pte Ltd – Data Science / Data Analyst Intern

We are looking for an intern to assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets to generate business insights. Support dashboard creation, data visualization, and basic statistical analysis while helping the team prepare reports and improve data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities 

• Involve in the process to build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning models or algorithms to solve real estate related problems 
• Have chances to optimise or design and build new framework and automation tools to enable teams to consume and understand data faster 
• Support various stakeholders by proposing and implementing data science models to extract insights 
• Perform data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and quality checks to ensure reliable model inputs
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and market patterns in property transactions and listings 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computing, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Python programming skills, including experience with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn Familiarity with SQL and working with relational databases
• Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts
• Knowledge in computer vision and NLP, LLM is a plus Knowledge in Big Data (Spark, Hadoop/Hive) and real-time analytics is a plus
