At Rate It, we are inspired to build the easiest and fastest way for our clients' customers to provide them with insightful feedback. We work our customer experience magic across several verticals including retail, hospitality, and healthcare; and with some of the most well-known brands in the world.
This is a start-up and you will be working with a virtual team across different countries, together with a small team in Singapore.
You will be taking the reins of all our Singapore Operations where you will be:
- Functioning in a remote team using modern tools and processes
- Managing our inventory
- Responsible for all in and outgoing hardware in Singapore
- Scheduling/planning all our Singapore installations
- Preparing and deploying our devices
- Handling customer requests
- Gaining a good foundation in the start-up school of thoughts
As an intern, also try your hand at:
- Preparing invoices and quotations
- Preparing data of Singapore companies performance ratings
- Establish processes that are not in place
- Lead hunting
