Job Description

The People & Culture intern would be part of the HR Department supporting the team on projects relating to the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle and maintaining an excellent workplace culture. Absolute professionalism and discretion are required due to exposure to sensitive information.

What you will do:

  • Establishing and maintaining systems and processes that facilitate effective management of all correspondences, documentation, compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Support the HR team in recruitment coordination, delivering onboarding programs and executing new initiatives for new hires.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive engagement and communication activities such as company-wide meetings, townhalls and any other company events.
  • Develop internal communication content and assets, including but not limited to slides, articles and visual/video assets.
  • Assist in the implementation of key HR initiatives including Internship Program, Campus recruitment, Employee Engagement and Performance Management for HQ and subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Able to commit to 6 months full-time internship with potential for conversion to a permanent role
  • A curious, independent and approachable team player
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • High learning aptitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail- oriented, meticulous and excellent organizational skills
  • Degree or Diploma in Anthropology, Sociology, Business administration with focus on Marketing/Corporate communications, Human resource management, or Sports Management
  • Being a sports enthusiast is a strong plus
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment
