Rapsodo Pte. Ltd. – Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing activities that involve sourcing, procurement and logistics management to support the Operations department.
• Process the receipt of goods movement and any other necessary paperwork in a timely and effective manner
• Assist Operations Engineers to document processes.
• Prepare monthly stock returns report and analysis
• Assist and ensure supplies are managed at the right quantities, and delivered to the right locations, at the right time, and by the right process, in order to minimize costs and ensure safe and uninterrupted operations and project completion.
• To assist in suggesting and executing improvements to the process to increase reliability, cost efficiency, compliance and productivity.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, hands-on, accurate and meticulous with details
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and good organisation skills
• Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, and demonstrates good initiative
• Locals or Singapore Permanent residents only
