The marketing & communications team at Randstad Singapore supports the regional Southeast Asian business (Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong SAR) in providing data-driven insights on the labour market and talent insights to some of the world’s largest companies and coolest start-ups.
We are looking for a highly-motivated, self-driven content SEO Content Intern to join our community. If you’re creative, a web ninja and gung-ho, you’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful global and local projects as well as gain exposure to the search landscape.

As part of the internship, you’ll receive on-the-job training on how to use search engine and content optimisation tools to help kick-start your career in digital content and marketing.
● Work with our in-house writers and a search specialist to promote quality and engaging content about topics related to the labour market, employer branding and candidate advice
● Optimise past content using new information gathered in SEO research
● Improve organic search engine performance and campaign goals based on ongoing performance of clickthrough rates, traffic and conversions
● Work with the team on digital content creation campaigns to boost our brand awareness and engagement with our digital audience
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media and SEO
Requirements
● Basic knowledge or a strong interest to learn more about common web platforms, marketing platforms and social listening tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Console, Answerthepublic, Semrush, Hubspot, etc).
● Social media junkie who understands the different social tribes for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok ● Quick learner who listens and actively asks questions
● A positive disposition and able to play well with others
● Pays great attention to small details
● Strong command of the English language
