Job Description
Information Technology (IT) Part-timer
Main task
- Assist in managing the inventory of stored devices both digital and physical (may require carrying heavy equipment like servers).
- Organizing devices into the allocated space in the storage area.
- Organizing IT peripherals as directed by IT members.
- Follow procedures and processes for reformatting computers
Ad-hoc (subject to availability)
- Tidying up cables on user desks
- Any other ad-hoc task from IT (excluding end-user support)
Requirement:
- Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time
- Self-motivated, self – discipline, and a service mindset
- Independent, and commitment
- Able to start work immediately
