About the Role: 

As an accounting intern at Rakuten Asia, you will be supporting the company’s accounting operations and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day accounting operations
• Invoice and reimbursement processing
• Support compliance activities
• Preparation and updating of accounting SOPs and documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft excel (Knowledge of advanced excel functions is highly advantageous)
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Meticulous, organized, and strong attention to details
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and desire to learn and take on new challenges
