Organize queue system depending on daily attendance and facilitate orderly queuing at ticketing area, admission and exit points
Execute payment processing efficiently and accurately via various modes of payment (e.g. cash, NETS, credit cards, vouchers etc)
Ensure proper bracelet tagging and accurate registration of all guests before entry, and un-tagging and deregistration at the exit
Provide good guest service by directing guests to the respective entry and exist points and ensuring guest safety at all times
