- Interact with children through the delivery of role-playing script and offering education through entertainment
- Ensure compliance of activity dynamics as according to SOP and Industry Partners’ requirements
- Operate machines and vehicles, adhering to all safety standards and execute daily duties in up-keeping and cleaning of establishment
- Attend to guest feedback and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct performances for parade, variable programs and may be required to dress up as mascot
- Willing to sing and dance as it is part of KidZania’s culture
