Recruitment
- Filtering of suitable candidates from job portal (i.e. JobStreet & career mailbox) to respective department
- Job offer to shortlisted casual candidates and prepare all necessary documents (i.e. p-file & islander card) for onboarding
- Assist in recruitment drives
- Update our existing casual listing for resignees & new hires
- Update the lockers masterlist & manage the lockers allocation for resignees & new hires
- Coordinating of employee engagement activities and company events.
Others
- Prepare EDM when required
- Provide administrative support
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
