Raja’s Catering (International Catering Firm Pte Ltd) – Event & Catering Operations Intern

Raja's Catering is an established authentic South Indian caterer operating islandwide from our Woodlands central kitchen, under International Catering Firm Pte Ltd. We serve weddings, corporate events, temple functions and private celebrations - from everyday buffets to premium banquet menus. Alongside our catering arm, we run multiple event brands covering weddings, decor and photography, giving interns exposure to the full events ecosystem.

Event & Catering Operations Intern ($700 / Month)

Hands-on Event & Catering Operations internship with real responsibility from week 1 - not a coffee-run internship. You will rotate across: event coordination (buffet setups, live events, client liaison), kitchen operations planning, order desk (quotations and customer WhatsApp orders), and logistics scheduling for deliveries islandwide. Monthly allowance $700. Ideal for polytechnic/ITE students or fresh graduates exploring F&B and events management. You will work directly with the management team and leave with a portfolio of real events you helped run.
