Job Description

Responsibilities:

Checking documents in HR files to ensure all documents are in order and in chronological order

Handle simple HR tasks such as scanning, filing and printing

Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Holder, preferably with relevant HR admin experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc)

Meticulous and IT Savvy
