OUR PRODUCTS

We have a range of kimonos and crop tops 100% up-cycled from pre-worn Indian saree's as much as we like fashion, we are very conscious about the environment and what we leave behind. We also carry a range of organic cotton kimonos, with chemical free dye.

Job Description

Manage production timeline with vendors in India 

Seeking a highly organized Production Timeline Manager to oversee production activities with vendors in India. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, communication, and ensuring timely project delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive production timelines, taking into account all necessary stages, including manufacturing, shipping, and delivery schedules. Join us in delivering high-quality products efficiently.

 

Create social media content 

Seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator with a specific focus on developing captivating content for promoting upcycled kimonos made from traditional Indian sarees and woodblock fabrics. Your role will involve creating visually appealing graphics using Canva, videos, and engaging copy that highlight the beauty and cultural significance of these sustainable and eco-friendly kimonos. As a key member of our team, your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and celebrating the rich heritage of Indian fashion through social media platforms while promoting environmentally conscious practices through upcycling traditional textiles. 

 

Conduct and Coordinate Photoshoot 

We need a proactive and creative personality to find models and influencers for showcasing our products. Primary responsibility will be to identify suitable talent, including models and influencers, aligning with our brand's image and core values. Will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the photoshoot process, from planning and logistics to on-set coordination, we will be around to help. 

 

Market research

Market Research to spearhead the expansion of our products into global markets through retail channels. The role primarily involves conducting extensive research to identify potential distributors and stores across South East Asia and Europe. Th With a focus on building valuable partnerships with distributors and retailers, this position plays a pivotal role in promoting sustainable fashion and extending our brand's reach globally. 

 

Update our e commerce platforms 

Update our E-commerce Platforms (Zalora & Shopify) and optimize our online retail platforms. The role involves managing and enhancing the user experience, updating product listings, and ensuring seamless navigation for customers. Integrate promotional campaigns, monitor sales analytics, and identify opportunities for growth. By curating a visually appealing and user-friendly shopping experience to the customers.

 

Set up add campaigns for products 

To create and manage advertising campaigns for our products on Zalora marketing platform and Facebook Meta Business Suite. The Specialist will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns, targeting the right audience with compelling ad content. They will monitor performance, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights to drive brand visibility, increase sales, and promote sustainability.

 

Help us at our kimono booth at markets and events 

We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Individual to manage festive markets and work with us on our kimono booth presence at various events. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, designing attractive booth displays, and ensuring friendly customer interactions. By showcasing our eco-friendly fashion products at festive markets and events, help expand brand awareness, drive sales, and foster meaningful connections with our target audience.

 

QC stock take 

To conduct thorough inspections of our up-cycled Indian saree and woodblock fabric kimonos during stocktaking. You will be responsible for meticulously assessing product quality, identifying any damages or defects, and ensuring that all product details are accurate and up-to-date. And liase with our vendors in communicating the damages and find solutions to avoid such damages in the future.

 

The basic pay for this role is set at 6 to 8 SGD per hour, with a preferred work schedule of 2 days a week, preferably on Mondays and Fridays. Hybrid work arrangements are possible for this role, allowing for flexibility in completing assigned tasks.
