You are required to:
- Supervise / work closely with M&E service providers
- Update / report jobs status to managers
- Repair or resolve technical matters such as replacement of lightings
- Respond to tenants' request such as adjustment of air-con temperature
- Involved in preventive maintenance
- May be appointed as lead for M&E projects
Job Requirements:
If you have 1 year working experience in similar capacity or entry level candidate with a Diploma or Higher Certificate with attitude to learn on the job
Have studied in Electrical, Engineering, Mechanical and any other related field
Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in big team environment
Willing to work shift (Morning and Afternoon Shift)
