1. Engagement with patients in advising about HealthierSG enrolment (either F2F or via calls)
2. Assisting to enrol patients to HealthierSG
3. Assisting patients to express interest to HealthierSG via RafflesConnect app if they are not eligible for enrolment yet.
4. Calling patients to help make their appointments at clinics for enrolment.
5. Tracking their sign ups to HealthierSG.
