1. Answer routine telephone calls from patients and colleagues from other clinics within the organisation
2. Deal with enquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic service
3.  Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures or instruction from the supervisor
4. Liaise with medical staff and patients in making appointment across the different specialities available within the organisation
5. Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical procedures, when necessary
