1.  Providing clear and concise explanation to patients on clinic policies
2. Performing necessary health screening and lab tests (e.g. Taking patients’ clinical parameters, urine test)
3. Ensuring rooms are kept clean and prepared for consultation
4. Managing and transferring incoming telephone calls, taking messages
5. Collating medical reports for filing and forwarding results to patients via emails or post
6. Monitoring inventory levels and perform stock take of medicines and consumables
7. Performing daily billing management and ensuring all transaction are tallied with the taking before closing accounts
