Raffa Entreprises Pte Ltd – Content Creator Intern : eCommerce & Social Media

Job at a glance: 

We are looking for capable and highly enthusiastic content creator intern who loves writing, creating pictures, videos, short-term campaigns to bring our content strategy to the next level. Your primary goal will be to grow our social media presence across multiple platforms with engaging, informative and inspiring content you create.

If you are passionate about all things wellness, organic cosmetic, sustainability and want to strategize, conceptualize and learn with a leader in organic personal care here are some of the tasks for you:

What you will do: 

 -Work closely with founder to co-produce, create and manage content for the websites and other social media channels:

Writing :

-Research and write articles on the blogs, newsletters and captions (topics related to packaging sustainability, organic ingredients, skin’s health, female health, etc.)

Video: 

-Assist in shooting and editing video content (Tik Tok and stories mostly)

-Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing photoshoots and video-shoots (storyboarding, filming and editing process)

Photography:

-Create photos both independently and co-produce

-Plan and execute existing draft content

Community Engagement:

-Build good engagement with customers and followers on social media platforms, responding to direct Messages and comments.

-Assist in strategically and organically growing a strong online community

Design:

-Propose ideas and design email newsletters

-Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals for social media. (familiar with one of the design tools like canva)

Track & Research:

-Measure the effectiveness of the strategies used and optimise for growth.

-Keep an eye on new digital marketing trends and channels

Admin & E-commerce:

-Occasional e-commerce and administrative tasks

-Assist during occasional on site masterclass/workshop (if covid permits)

What it takes to be in this role:

• Experience writing online articles in excellent english with SEO. You have a writing portfolio including any school assignments, news articles or hobbies articles
• Experience in content creation for social media (video and photography content)Great eye for design and photography
• You know and love social media 
• Passionate about wellness, skincare science, organic products and sustainability
• A growth mindset is king with us! Willingness to learn fast and have a can-do attitude enthusistic attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner
• Problem solver, very detail oriented and ressourceful
• Exceptional project management and strong communication skills
