Job Description
- Day-to-day management of the site
- Monitor and supervise construction team to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship
- Preparation of basic method statements & work instructions for construction
- Able to schedule, supervise and control Company’s construction team & sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and method of statements.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and constantly track construction progress & schedule
- Involve in planning all works on site, including permit to works, license application, manpower requirement and etc
- Involve in coordination between stakeholders & sub-contractors & vendors and anticipate labour & material demands to meet schedules.
- Prepare method statement, site inspection and quality checks
Job Requirements
- Diploma in M&E or Electrical Engineering
- Well versed in MS Office
- Good knowledge of technical skills
- Independent personnel who can lead on-site works
