Job Description

Paid Media Specialist | Paid search (SEM), paid social, display, etc.

We are currently looking for a paid media specialist to help with running PPC campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Design, manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more.
  • Conduct keyword analysis and look into search query reports on a regular basis.
  • Regularly optimise campaigns by analysing keyword performance, bidding strategies, audiences, ad copies, CPC/CVR, etc.
  • Writing of compelling ad copies 
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copies, landing pages, banners and more to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Compile monthly PPC reports with comments and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Proactively recommend and consult clients on how to improve performance from banner design, landing page design, etc.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within our clients' industries and target markets.
  • Research to stay on top of the latest trends in PPC advertising. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated work ethic.
  • Proactive and a hunger to learn.
  • Comfortable with numbers and a critical thinker.
  • Google Ads certified preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent command of English (Simplified and Traditional Chinese would be a plus)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised and must be able to multitask.
