QuikPath – Electrical Intern

QuikPath is in the business of making diagnostics accessible and affordable by developing point-of-care tests that deliver lab-grade accuracy and specificity. Our products allow mass community and home screening of COVID-19 – providing the easiest solution to help economies reopen safely. We have received regulatory approval by the HSA for our first product- COVID-19 Test Kit and are now in the process of commercializing products in Asia and Latin America. We are working towards scaling up manufacturing to get ready for QuikPath COVID-19 diagnostic test launch in 2021.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Electrical/ Mechanical degree or equivalent

• Prior experience in Embedded system, PCB design, microcontroller system design

• Prior software experience in Altium Designer (C, C++, Python would be advantage)

• Fluent in English- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, self-driven, willing to learn, work in fast-paced start-up environment

• Communicate strategic and tactical concepts across teams, troubleshooting skills, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

• Assist Product development team in developing new product by providing solutions to mechanical / electrical / electronic problems at an assembly /sub-assembly level 

• Assist to design and build prototype electronics, circuit boards, etc

• Interpreting and conducting EMI/EMC shielding environment testing, troubleshooting, and propose solution implementation

• Creating test reports, procedures, troubleshooting specifications, and control plans

• Take-on other administrative and ad-hoc duties or projects as required by the Director
