Roles & Responsibilities
- Attending & Supporting on IT issues
- Updating of Computer system
- Computer Software Update and Maintenance
- Support and update of Network components
- Perform system backup and data backup
- IT Asset Management both Hardware & Software
- Sites system installation and Server Room Support and coordination
