Sales Support Admin (6 Months Contract)

• Conduct review of the surveillance reports.
• Operate as an independent unit providing maintenance support and administering controls surrounding various transaction processes.
• Process online transaction, ensuring timeliness of execution, accuracy of entries and adequacy of approvals are in place.
• Operate as a focused-unit or liaison to handle queries and controls.
• Conduct daily post-transaction review on customers accounts.
• Participate and assist in ad hoc assignments/projects for the business.
• General administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder with 2 years' of banking experience
• Fresh graduates may be considered

• Ability to manage and prioritize effectively and show great attention to details
• Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously
• Good communication skills (written / verbal)
