Discord Community Intern (3 - 6 Months)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be active in Discord and keep the community engaged through ongoing dialogue and answering members’ questions.
• Collect feedback from the community and present to the team.
• Weekly reporting of Discord activity and statistics.
• Keep track of giveaways and events in Discord.
• Mediate conflicts among community members.
• Ensure that community members adhere to Discord rules.

The profile we are looking for:

• Prior experience with Discord community management.
• Experience with Discord bots.
• Positive attitude and enjoy interacting with community members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Currently pursuing at least A-Level/ Diploma in any field of study.
