- Job Description
Logisitics Assistant (1 Year Contract)
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of manual invoices / packing lists
- Application of import and export orders / sales contracts
- Coordination with different countries
- Ad Hoc duties such as booking arrangement with freight and warehouse team, local transportation
Key Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills over email / calls
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word applications
- Organised and meticulous
- Team player who is able to take initiative and work efficiently under pressure Preferred
Qualifications:
- SAP knowledge
Additional Information:
- Pioneer (West Singapore) 11 Pioneer Turn - Singapore 627575 (Near Jurong Bird Park)
- Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
