Job Description
Junior Concierge | Luxury Retail *1 Year Contract* - Renewable
Junior Concierge (Luxury) | 1 Year Contract - Renewable
- As an Ambassador of the Maison, responsible for upholding the brand image and to provide a consistent excellent client experience through the entire client journey
- To handle the waiting time management by informing clients about the approximate waiting times, providing stock information, and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
- Help ensure a smooth client flow and orientation throughout their journey in the boutique by assessing their needs and being prompt and positive in responding to their concerns
Job Requirements:
- Preferably to have working experience of 1 - 2 years in the Retail/Customer Service/Hospitality industry.
- Has an excellent communication in English
- Able to provides excellent service and client focused
- Has initiative & a positive mindset; such as to “Go the extra mile” for the clients
