HR Assistant | Luxury Fashion Retail (3-6 Months Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing support to the HR Team in employee life cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and exit)Input, update and maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information
• Preparing data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner
• Attending to HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel
• Processing general administration tasks (e.g. claims and leave administrations, pre-trip approvals)
• Handling work permit applications and flights ticket arrangement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally, Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field is advantageous dealing with human resources administration
