Event Coordinator ( 5 Month Contract ) | Luxury Retail Timepieces
Position Title: Event Coordinator ( 5 month contract )
Commitment Period: From December 2021 till April 2022- Press Coordination – including registration coordination and flight bookings
- Press Negotiation – support with negotiations and partial sponsorship
- Press Sponsorship Organization – organize and coordinate press and events schedule
- Retail Sponsorship – Coordinate retailer meeting schedule
- Invoicing – verification of pre-invoicing and ensure accurate charging to respective parties ( retailers, Media, VIP and brand staff )
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of Events Management experience
- Strong organization and project management experience
- Strong communicator and meticulous
- Has interest & passion in the timepieces industry.
