Job Description

Do you have interest in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and the prospects? 

Are you an individual who is/have 

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport

  • Eager to meet with potential clients to determine their needs

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin 

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Excellent Time Management skills

  • A self-initiated and proactive team player who can work with supervision

We are looking for a Project Associate who’s able to

  • Conduct training and monitor project plans, project schedules, and timeline

  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

  • Be meticulous, detail-oriented and responsible

  • Have superb interpersonal skills to handle given tasks

  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs 

  • Manage multiple customers’ satisfaction level concurrently 

  • Provide Administrative support as required

  • Deliver desired results, self motivated and goal oriented

  • Pay attention to details, notice minor mistakes and deliver high quality, accurate work

  • Resolve clients and prospects’ issues and needs

  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions

  • Work with tight deadlines

  • Understand and grasp new information at a fast pace

  • Prepare necessary documentations and/or decks for varying purposes

  • Collaborate with management and colleagues

  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and sales teams

  • Work comfortably in a fast paced environment

  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Ensure that the system is up to date and running smoothly

Requirements

  • Preferably pursuing or recently completed educational qualifications in a Business-related field/study

  • Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently

  • Able to use google applications such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc. 

  • Singaporean/PR preferred
