SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Intern for the Mobile Development team will work alongside a seasoned PMprofessional supporting and managing the development team on a daily basis at QiXiang Technology. Learn PM best practices by working with a project managermentor. Some of the areas that the intern will be involved in are: documentationof task and project planning timeline, product design understanding, product developmentunderstanding, assist in testing and identifying possible critical issues ordownfall in a project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under the supervision of assigned project management lead, the position will:

• Assist to preparedocumentation and work processes within the organisation in relation to projectmanagement reporting, defect tracking/ageing and testing
• Collaborate withinternal teams like Product, Developers, Designers and Business to assist withthe seamless execution of the project
• Provide ongoing supportto the project management team for project implementation
• Perform testing(SIT/UAT)on greenfield implementation for Qi Xiang Technology
• Participate in all aspects of the software development     life cycle (Agile or Waterfall) and working with project team.
• Assist in doing product research alongside with our product manager.

EDUCATION:

• Currently undertaking a Bachelor’sdegree in Computing/Computer Engineering/Information Systems or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited  educational institution.
• Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status at minimum.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week between the days/hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Proficiency in MS Officeis preferred.
• Appreciation of web applicationframeworks is a plus.
• Programming and Databaseknowledge is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience with entire software development lifecycle – requirements analysis, design, development, and testing).
• Specific interest or desire to work in the F&B tech industry.

COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
